Test Checklist

Before you arrive for your test ensure you read the following instructions:

• Check travel restrictions to your destination

  Countries can update their travel restrictions and testing requirements at any time. Double check these with this travel requirements tool. If you require a travel certificate, we require your Passport to be presented at the test Center.

• Avoid the following

  No Smoking 1 hour prior to testing must be adhered to.

• Check in at test centre

  Please arrive at the testing centre 5-10 minutes before your dedicated time slot of the test. Please ensure you have a face mask for each person entering our test centre. Check in with one of our admin staff using your GoSafe48 ticket.

• Getting swabbed

  When the Swabber, using hand gestures, requests you to enter the Swabbing Station please enter your designated swabbing area. Ensure you have your face mask on covering your nose and mouth.  They will then ask for your consent, along with if you have any medical conditions which would prevent the swab being taken. The test will then be undertaken. This involves putting a small swab to the back of your mouth. This may be uncomfortable but should not be painful. Please try and bear with it as insufficient cells may show an invalid result. Once all persons have had their test undertaken you can then leave the swabbing station.

• Receiving your results

  Your results will be sent to you via email.  If your test is negative, you will receive a certified travel certificate.
